Maison Mirmande

We are staying in a little stone villa about 1 mile from the village of Mirmande called Maison Mirmande. The main house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a living room, dining room, kitchen & 1/2 bathroom on the main level. The house is open and airy with multiple double doors opening to outdoor spaces. The carriage house, which is a separate building, is just across the outdoor dining terrace. The carriage house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and an open floor plan on the main level with a kitchen along one wall.

The grounds include a swimming pool on a lower terrace, fig trees, apricot trees, a boule court on an upper terrace, and lots of private paths. We are on a dead-end dirt road and the entire estate is quite private. At night we hear wild dogs and their young howling (coyote, wolves?), the dogs from nearby properties, and lots of crickets.
